Dear Rockc,

May I take this opportunity to express my total admiration for the service I have received from your staff in The Gold Centre in The Pallasades, Birmingham on not one, but two occasions.
 

First was in December 2010 when I bought an Engagement Ring for my (now) Fiancee. I believe that the particular member of staff is no longer with you.
Second was in the last few days when Sandra and her team excelled yet again. I bought a Wedding Ring for myself which was sourced in

Rockc Jewellers Blackpool!!

The level of personal service was quite extraordinary. It is easy to be "served" in a shop by someone, often young, who is totally dis-interested. Sandra is exactly the opposite, a consumate professional who does herself great credit and The Gold Centre great credit. It has been a total pleasure to be served by her.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Gold Centre to friends and family and availing myself of The Gold Centre for all future Jewellery requirements myself.
